He has been called upon to mediate and/or arbitrate numerous condemnation and real estate valuation disputes and is frequently a requested speaker at condemnation and land use seminars in Arizona and outside the state.

Bob has served as a member of the City of Phoenix Board of Adjustment and as Chairman of the City of Phoenix Planning Commission. He is the primary author of Eminent Domain in Arizona published by the State Bar of Arizona and is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Phoenix and the Orpheum Theater.

Bob continues to serve the Arizona Bar through his creation of a twice-yearly Condemnation Summit that brings together Arizona appraisers, right-of-way agents, private property attorneys and government attorneys. We continue to consult with Bob on property valuation issues.
