Douglas G. Martin has been practicing law since 1975 and has been a Certified Specialist in Real Estate since 1987. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization and is a past chairman of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Arizona. He currently serves as a member of the Real Estate Advisory Commission to the State Board of Legal Specialization and is a past chairman and vice-chairman of that same group. Robert V. Kerrick [Retired] began practicing law in 1966. Bob has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America and in Chambers Americas Leading Lawyers in Business. He is frequently a requested speaker at land use and condemnation seminars in Arizona and outside the state. Bob has served as a member of the City of Phoenix Board of Adjustment and as Chairman of the City of Phoenix Planning Commission. Leonard Bell was admitted to practice law in Arizona in April of 1968. He served many years as an Assistant Attorney General as a lead attorney for property acquisition and eminent domain actions. Mr. Bell made presentations for continuing legal education (CLE) programs in the area of eminent domain and contributed as a presenter for CLE International in its “The Appraisal of Real Estate” seminar. Lillian C. Gaither is a 2011 graduate of Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. She was admitted to the practice of law in December 2011 in Fresno, California. Lillian is licensed to practice before all of the state courts of California, as well as the United States Federal Court, Eastern District of California. Lillian wrote for the February 2018 administration of the Arizona bar exam and is awaiting her results.
